Twelve places for six weeks to two years, at one educator to four children, with sleep and feed routines you set.

The nursery takes twelve children from six weeks to two years at the national ratio of one educator to four. Sleeps, bottles and solids follow the routine you give us on enrolment rather than a centre timetable, and we write down every sleep, bottle, nappy and mouthful so the day is on your phone before you get to the car park. Cots are checked against safe sleeping practice, the room has its own shaded verandah and pram bay, and nappies, wipes, cot linen and sunscreen are supplied. Bree leads the room and one of the three nursery educators is always the person your child settles with.

Full day, 6:30am to 6:30pm

Daily fee before Child Care Subsidy. The lower figure is the permanent five day rate, three and four day bookings sit in the middle, and single or casual days sit at the top. Fees are set in January and hold for the calendar year.

What families ask about nursery room

What is the ratio in the nursery?

One educator to four children, which is the national requirement for children under two years. We roster a fourth educator into the room from about half past nine to half past three so ratio holds through breaks and nappy changes.

Do I need to send bottles and formula?

Send the formula or expressed milk labelled with your child's name and the date. We store, prepare and record every bottle to the plan you give us, and we will not change the plan without asking you first.

How do you handle sleep if my baby will not settle here?

For the first fortnight we follow whatever works at home, including being held to sleep. Bree writes down what actually happened each day so we can talk about the pattern rather than guess at it.
